We are pleased to announce that Connie Wendt has joined ClearPath Workforce Management, a leading HRO with a focus on the contingent labor market, as Vice President of Compliance and Relations. As a member of the leadership team, Connie will ensure companies can efficiently and cost-effectively engage, retain and manage the talent they need, while mitigating the risks associated with contingent workers. She will spearhead building a world-class, scalable, compliance program with guidelines and processes that enable the Compliance Services program to thrive in an ever-changing legal environment. She will be instrumental in reporting and diagnosing client satisfaction with ClearPath’s services, as well as assessing client’s needs for new services.
Connie has a rich background spanning over 20 years of business and consulting experience. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, with a Bachelor of General Studies and concentration in Human Resource Management. She has worked for Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses alike in the area of supply chain solutions for the Staffing/Workforce Solutions and Logistics industries. She is a result-driven leader who has successfully created an Independent Contractor Compliance business unit for KellyOCG, one of the largest Staffing Industry and Workforce Solutions companies in the world. She is a subject matter expert in Independent Contractor Compliance and Worker Misclassification.
